Fresh Anywhere is a Japanese company which technology keeps vegetables and fruits fresh for several months, enabling long-distance transportation.

Why We Can

UNCTAD estimates that around 70% of all global trade by volume is transported by sea, and a significant portion of this trade includes fresh and perishable goods such as fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, and dairy products. In 2015, up to 50% of fruits and vegetables produced in developing countries are lost or wasted before they can be consumed.

The World Bank estimates that approximately 20-40% of fresh produce is lost during transportation in developing countries. The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations estimates that the average post-harvest loss of fruits and vegetables during sea transportation is around 15-20% in developing countries.

Who We Are

Fresh Anywhere maintains the freshness of ripe strawberries for 1 month, grapes for 3 months, flowers (purchased from a flower shop) for 1 month, pears for 5 months, and chestnuts for 6 months. These results are not based on refrigeration or freezing and no special packaging is needed.

The product lines are containers, trucks, food stockers and warehouses. We have spent almost a decade on R&D and manufacturing and now we’re expanding globally.
